  Registration Deadline/ Cancellation: 
  Please register by June 18, 2025 to guarantee your space and inclusion in program materials. Cancellations and requests for refund must be received in writing by June 18 and will be subject to a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after June 18 or for no-shows.

  Sessions for the 2025 conference will include a mix of engaging workshops, didactic and hands-on activities. Schedule and speakers will be updated as they are confirmed on the event page. To be considered as a presenter, please complete the call for presentations.

  LODGING OPTIONS
  

  Book your room at the Hilton Portland Downtown OR the Duniway, a Hilton Hotel before June 28, 2024 to receive the discounted room rate of $174 plus taxes and fees. The properties are diagonal from each other. The Hilton offers rooms in the same location as the conference while the Duniway offers more spacious rooms for the same price. To access the conference center from The Duniway, simply cross two crosswalks and arrive at the Hilton Portland Downtown. Both are great lodging options, depending on your individual needs. To make reservations, contact APAOG at APAOG@badgerbay.co for each hotel’s direct booking information.
